Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TaskFlow (the "Service"), provided by Tufwud Doors & Accessories Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By signing in with a company Google account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization ("Customer").

2. What TaskFlow is

TaskFlow is a task-assignment and tracking tool for organizations: creating tasks, assigning them across departments, tracking status and deadlines, and notifying assignees by in-app, email, WhatsApp and push notifications.

3. Accounts and access

• Sign-in is via your organization's Google Workspace account. There is no separate TaskFlow password to manage.
• Access is restricted to email domains your organization's administrator has approved.
• You're responsible for activity on your account, and for keeping your Google account secure.
• Administrators can create, adjust the role of, or remove accounts within their own organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access data belonging to another organization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its access controls.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages through its notification channels.

5. Customer data

As between you and us, your organization owns the task data, files and records it enters into TaskFlow ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide, maintain, and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any Customer Data you enter into TaskFlow.

6. Notifications

By adding your mobile number and enabling WhatsApp notifications (where your organization offers that channel), you consent to receiving task-related WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. You can ask your administrator to disable this channel for your account at any time.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except as required by law. [Add a specific uptime commitment here if you sell one under a paid SLA.]

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for an account or organization that violates these Terms. Your organization may stop using the Service, and may request export or deletion of its Customer Data, at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tufwud Doors & Accessories Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the 24 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where a change is material we'll make reasonable efforts to notify your organization's administrator in advance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
